Clear cast Approval Process
It's Compulsory.
Brands may need a creative agency or BMA creative partner to assist with either part or all of this process.
1. Submit Your Advert
Upload your finished TV advert along with any supporting documents, such as scripts, claim substantiation, licences, and legal disclaimers where required.
2. Initial Review
Our team checks that your advert is complete and ready for submission to Clear cast.
3. Clear cast Review
Your advert is submitted to Clear cast, where it is assessed against the UK Code of Broadcast Advertising (BCAP Code), legal requirements, and broadcaster standards.
4. Feedback and Amendments
If Clear cast identifies any issues, they will provide feedback outlining the required changes. We'll work with you to update the advert and resubmit it for review.
5. Final Approval
Once all requirements have been met, Clear cast grants approval, confirming your advert is cleared for broadcast.
6. Campaign Scheduling
After approval, your advert is delivered to the broadcaster and scheduled to air on your booked campaign dates.
7. Your Advert Goes Live
Your commercial is broadcast as planned, and your campaign begins reaching your target audience.
