5.1 All campaign bookings made via the Platform are subject to our separate Airtime Advertising Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Payments must be made in accordance with those terms.

 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 The Platform and all content, design, logos, and software remain our intellectual property.
6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
6.3 You retain ownership of any advertising material you upload, but grant us and broadcasters a licence to use it as required to deliver campaigns.

 

7. Privacy & Data

7.1 We will process your personal data in line with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
7.2 By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 We are not liable for:

• Platform downtime, errors, or technical failures.
• Losses caused by your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business, or goodwill.
  8.2 Our total liability to you for any claim relating to use of the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

 

9. Termination

9.1 We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if you breach these Terms.
9.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

 

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
