Your UGC creative will be displayed across the Sky Digital platforms targeting your next customer. When you visit the product area complete the text box with as much information that matches your ideal customer. This information is shared with Sky and a campaign is set up that mirrors your ideal customer. Whether they visit a Sky App, Sky YouTube or Sky Website your brand ad will be served when they consume premium sky content.

How quickly can we get started?

We allow 14 working days on your first campaign. This gives Sky the time to process the creative content and build the audience across their data rich eco system. If the creative is being repeated across campaigns 2, 3, or 4 and so on they we can allow 7 days date of purchase.

What happens if I change my mind?

If you’re experiencing buyer’s remorse or need to amend your order, you have 24 hours to do so before Sky receives your request and books your campaign. It’s completely normal to feel nervous about trying something new. Google and Meta may be your comfort zone, and this is a different step.
