These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and purchase of TV advertising airtime (“Airtime”) via the BookMyAdvert.com platform (“the Platform”), operated by [Your Company Name Ltd] (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing a booking, you (“the Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms in full.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and purchase of TV advertising airtime (“Airtime”) via the BookMyAdvert.com platform (“the Platform”), operated by [Your Company Name Ltd] (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing a booking, you (“the Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms in full.

 

1. Definitions

  • Act(s): Broadcasting Acts 1990/1996 and the Communications Act 2003, as amended.
  • Advertisement/Creative: Any material intended for broadcast transmission.
  • Booking: A confirmed purchase of Airtime via the Platform.
  • Booking Form: The online form or confirmation generated by the Platform setting out your booking details.
  • Campaign Period: The period specified in your Booking Form.
  • Clearcast: The UK body responsible for TV ad clearance, or its successor.
  • Client: The advertiser or business placing the booking.
  • Platform: BookMyAdvert.com and related systems used to manage bookings.
  • Relevant Laws: All applicable laws, regulations, and advertising codes (including BCAP, CAP, Ofcom Codes).
  • Working Day: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
