Specifically, you must not:

• Upload or submit advertisements that:
• Have not been cleared by Clearcast or fail to comply with BCAP, CAP or Ofcom Codes.
• Contain false or misleading claims.
• Promote unlawful products, services, or activities.
• Include offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Platform (e.g., hacking, introducing malware, scraping data).
• Misuse account access by sharing login credentials or impersonating another user.
• Circumvent payment obligations or attempt to obtain services without proper authorisation.
• Use the Platform in a way that imposes unreasonable load or disrupts service for other users.

 

4. Responsibility for Content

• You are solely responsible for the content of your advertisements and campaign instructions.
• You must ensure all necessary rights, licences, and consents are in place before uploading or submitting Creative.
• We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content we reasonably believe breaches this Policy.

 

5. Enforcement

If you breach this Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the Platform.
• Remove non-compliant content without refund.
• Report unlawful activity to regulators or law enforcement.
• Take legal action to recover any costs, losses, or damages.

 

6. Liability

We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from your breach of this Policy. You agree to indemnify us against claims, costs, or damages resulting from your misuse of the Platform.

 

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Platform.
